A "Notice of Intended Marriage" form must be lodged with the celebrant:
This form is obtainable from Laurissa, who is also required to sight your birth certificate if you are born in Australia. If born outside Australia, passports from your birth country are required. If either party has been married in the past, a "Decree Absolute" form will need to be produced to provide evidence of dissolution.
- A minimum of 32 days prior to the ceremony, or
- A maximum of 18 months prior to the ceremony.
